YOUR FIRST VISIT When scheduling your first visit, please come about 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment. This will allow for you to fill out the New Patient Information and to carefully read about how our office is working to protect your personal records. HIPPA regulations come into full effect on April 14, 2003. These are the guidelines that all medical professionals have to follow as set forth by the Government.
